What's this 'Customer Reward Scheme'?

What are your licensing options? You see, I like to keep my laptop with me when I do work, but I would also like to store my data on my home PC.

Write Again!'s licensing allows for up to three installations per license - as long as those installations are used to manage your writing data. That means you could install Write Again! on your home PC, your laptop, and your agent's PC. You would register each copy with the same registration key, and other people could use the programs - as long as it's your information that's being used. You're paying for a license to help you with your writing career, not your friends'.

Is the price in US or Australian dollars? I am so confused.

Because we use PayPal to make credit card purchases, and because the majority of our customers are in the US, the cost of the product is listed in US dollars. However, for Australian customers we still need to be able to charge a 10% GST, so that is why you have to indicate whether you are buying from within or outside Australia. This will affect the price of the product.

Australian customers can purchase Write Again! with a cheque or money order in Australian dollars. Please contact sales asmoday.com for further information.

When does your introductory offer expire?

The 1st of July, 2002. Remember that our Customer Reward Scheme kicks off the moment the introductory offer expires.

I would like to buy a CD version of Write Again! Where can I find it? Your page doesn't mention it at all.

We're not selling Write Again! on CD, due to the expense of providing pretty boxes and nicely printed CDs - those costs would quickly eat into our profits, and we would have to charge excessively for the software.

However, we do provide copies on CD to those people who would like backups, or those who cannot download the unfortunately large file from the internet. In this case, we would normally charge an additional fee of US$5 postage and handling on top of the registration cost. For those simply wishing to receive a trial copy, that postage and handling fee would also apply, simply because we can't afford to start sending out free samples to everyone. However, there is no obligation to purchase.

Please contact sales asmoday.com if you would like to purchase a CD or (god forbid) a 1.44MB floppy disk version of our program.

I can't or won't pay through PayPal. What other options do I have?

Please contact sales asmoday.com directly if you wish to arrange alternate payments. We have contacts in the USA that can handle cheque or money order payments, so that you do not have to be subjected to the excessive costs of purchasing international money orders, nor the virtual impossibility of sending a cheque internationally.

Bear in mind that sending you your registration is subject to our receiving your money. This may take several days depending on how you've chosen to pay.

I am using a competitor's software product and I want to switch. Do you provide any special deals for 'cross-grading' customers like myself?

Tell me more about this Customer Reward Scheme. What are the requirements for collecting money from a referral, and how much do I get?

We will pay you 10% of the registation cost for every customer you refer to us who purchases a Write Again! registration. There is no limit to this - if you send us a hundred customers, we'll pay you 10% of each sale price (so US$2, US$3.50 or US$5 for Light, Standard and Professional Editions respectively).

The requirements are simple:

You have to be an existing customer of Write Again!
The person purchasing a Write Again! registration has to identify you as a referral. Our Registration Form contains a referral field, where new customers can enter the email address of the person who referred them. Without this address we cannot contact you to pay you! We're not going to search through old records and transactions for hours just so we can give away money! So tell your friends to put you down as a referral!
We have to be able to send you the money through PayPal. Why? It's the simplest and cheapest way for us to pay you for your help.
